Abstract

This volume contains the proceedings of the AI for African Languages Conference 2025, held in Kampala, Uganda. The conference brings together researchers and practitioners working on natural language processing and speech technologies for African languages. Out of 12 submissions received, 7 papers were accepted for publication, including one invited paper. We thank the authors, reviewers, and organizing committee for their contributions to the success of the conference.
