This volume contains the papers presented at the 13th International Conference on Probabilistic Graphical Models (PGM 2026), held in València, Spain, from 9 to 11 September 2026 at the Institut Valencià d’Art Modern (IVAM). PGM is a biennial conference that brings together researchers working on all aspects of graphical models for probabilistic reasoning, learning and decision making, from theory and algorithms to applications.
